Bespoke orders
All bespoke gown sales are final. Bespoke garments are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
Payments
Payments made toward bespoke commissions are non-refundable.
Collection
Garments uncollected sixty days after the first notification of readiness become uncollected orders. Ownership transfers to Toni Label and payments are forfeited.
